To confirm your COD order, an advance payment of ₹300 is required. The balance amount will be collected at the time of delivery.

Inspect your watch virtually before we ship! Requirements:
- Website Orders: WhatsApp us within 1 hour of ordering.
- WhatsApp Orders: Mention “Packaging video required” when sending your address.
🚫 Restriction: No videos can be sent once the order is dispatched.
⚡ Prepaid: 3–5 Working Days
🚛 COD: 4–7 Working Days
We currently do not support Open Box Delivery as our courier partners (Bluedart/Delhivery) do not offer this service.
- Please check the outer packaging for damage.
- If tampered, refuse delivery immediately.

- Analog Watches: Complete machinery coverage.
- Automatic/Digital: 1-year machinery warranty.
✅ Free Repair: If the machine stops working, we fix it for free.
*Excludes: Physical damage, water damage, straps, and color fading.
- Keep away from perfumes, sanitizers, and alcohol.
- Wipe sweat after every use to protect color.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
📹 MANDATORY: You must record a 360° Unboxing Video (without cuts) to claim returns for damage or missing items.
We accept exchanges for:
- Damaged/Defective products.
- Wrong item delivered.
Changed your mind? Exchange allowed if item is unused (Shipping paid by customer).
Website Orders:
- < 1 Hour: Full Refund.
- > 1 Hour: ₹150 Cancellation Fee deducted.
- Dispatched: No Refund.
