Dear Customer, we understand the importance of getting your premium watch in perfect condition. However, we cannot currently offer Open Box Delivery.

This is because we rely on trusted partners like Bluedart and Delhivery, who do not support “Open Box Delivery”.

What You Should Do:

  • Check for visible damage on the outer box before accepting.
  • If tampered, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • ⚙️ Automatic/Digital: 1-year machinery warranty. Service charges may apply based on condition.
  • 📵 Smartwatches/AirPods: No warranty provided.
🚫 Not covered: Physical damage or water damage.

✅ Warranty starts from the delivery date. If the machine has issues, send it back, we’ll fix it free of cost!

Our watch colors do not easily fade. Just take care of a few things:

  • Avoid water splashes or heavy sweat.
  • Wipe clean with a soft cloth after each use.
  • Keep away from sanitizer, alcohol, and perfumes.
💡 Pro Tip: Store your watch in a dry place, preferably in the provided premium box.

Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days. No dispatch without advance payment.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A 360° unboxing video without cuts is strictly required for Damage, Wrong Item, or Missing Items. Report within 24 hours.

Changed your mind? Happy to exchange/refund if the item is in sealable condition!

📦 EXCHANGE / RTO

  • Customer bears shipping charges for exchanges. You must ship it back to us.
  • In case of RTO, RTO fee + Reshipping fee must be paid. No refunds.
  • Report non-delivery within 7 days of dispatch.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Minor stitching defects, thread outs, or slight color differences (due to lighting) are not considered damage.
  • Please read policies carefully. No bargaining on stated charges.
